Rates

Our rates start at $35.00 per hour for basic administrative tasks. Billing is calculated in 1-minute increments with a minimum of 1-hour charge per month.

Pre-paid Discount Rate Plans:

• Bronze – 5 hours/month – 5% off of hourly rate
• Silver – 10 hours/month – 10% off of hourly rate
• Gold – 20 hours/month – 15% off of hourly rate
• Platinum – 40 hours/month – 20% off of hourly rate

Pre-paid Discount Rate Plans are available with a minimum 3 month contract. They are payable in 3 equal monthly installments and are due on the first business day before work is to commence. Monthly hours exceeding plan’s allotted hours are charged at that Rate Plan’s hourly rate and any unused hours do not carry forward nor are they redeemed.

Rush Jobs

We charge a 25% premium above our usual rates for rush jobs (turnaround time of less than 24 hours).
